Beginners Hatha Great for those who are new to yoga or recovering from an injury. Provides a moderate challenge and focuses on the fundamental poses.
Classical Hatha Yoga A series of classical asanas (poses) designed to increase concentration, add flexibility, build strength, deepen breath and improve focus.
Curative Express Yoga Yogic style workout with breath and short relaxations ideal for those days when a shorter format is what you need or want. Express and expand yourself in one hour as we teach the quality of the breath...the union with life.
Vinyasa (Yoga Flow) Mixture of Hatha asanas and Vinyasa (the flow movement). A union of breath and movement. This class works to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance.
Restorative Hatha Yoga In this style of yoga each pose is held for several minutes with deep breathing, allowing the nervous system to completely quiet and return to a state of balance while gently stretching and opening the body.
Yoga at Dawn An invigorating classical hatha yoga. “GOOD MORNING” for the mind, body, and spirit.
Prenatal Yoga Suitable for any stage of pregnancy, this class emphasizes connecting breath with body, opening the hips and strengthening the back.
Prepares you for childbirth mentally and physically.

Children’s Yoga Ages 3-10. Introducing the basic postures of yoga in a fun and supportive environment. Develops poise and flexibility.
